I started using this a year ago and I am obsessed. It's got a different flavor than regular cocoa powder - it's deeper, darker and I think richer. It's made my cakes, cookies, and any other baking so so good. I won't use anything else, even if it is more expensive than "regular" cocoa powder. It's worth the money in my opinion (and the opinion of everyone I'm baking for).
