Crafted from sturdy stoneware clay, this appealing mug features a wide bottom base to prevent spills. With a sculpted handle, thumb rest, and ergonomic bell shape, the classic mug is comfortably gripped by left-handed or right-handed users. Handmade on a pottery wheel in the USA and high-fired to a permanent finish that is lead-free, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe. Holds at least 12 ounces (12 to 16). Mugs sold separately. My husband has a tremble for a neurological issue, and he was looking for a mug to make his morning coffee easier to drink. This mug has done it! It's a great weight (little heavier than a normal mug), has a deeper rim so he can catch his lip to help hold it steady, a nice wide base to make picking up/setting down smoother, and the thumb rest gives him more control. It's lovely to look at, and extremely beneficial for my husband. Thank you for a lovely product!Not balanced correctly, to front heavy.Got wrong cups first time, but got correct cups second try. Good quality, fits my hand. I like.Love this mug. Very comfortable to hold.Capacity is not what is advertised.
