I bought this Fan 2 months ago and it was professionally installed in my new outdoor patio but I’m not happy with the fan I have a 20ft ceiling bought a 8ft rod even in high speed you hardly feel any breeze at all very disappointed initially the wall unit did not pair well and I had to call customer service to send a replacement which they did promptly , overall I can only give 2 stars it looks good , it’s also expensive I bet there are other nicer fans in the market for this price I wish I could return it but right now I guess I’m stuck with itThe fans themselves are amazing. The lights however, are NOT LED as the description stated.This fan does not include a remote.Fan has a known defect in the wiring. Had electrician install. Light worked but fan did not. Finally had to call support line and was immediately told to check a potential loose wire. Electrician took fan down. Fixed loose wire and then had to put fan back up.This fan is very quiet in operation. You will only hear the noise of the air moving. Controls are a bit temperamental. I have to cut power to the fan to reset wall controls about every two weeks.Do not buy! Paid electrician to have installed on a 2 story ceiling. After wiring it up and installing light switch control, we found out that only the light was working, the fan motor would not kick on at all. Triple checked all wiring, turns out the entire smart control system on this is just trash. Paid $200 bucks to have an electrician take down my old fan and ended up putting it right back up after attempting this thing. Lots of other ppl having same issue as me, save yourself time and look elsewhere.Looks great. However it moves zero air. At 40 rpm (the high setting) I could barely feel any air movement. So incredibly disappointing.Excellent looking but too slow and especially if like me it is outdoors and 10’ highThis works good in a living room that has 25 foot ceiling and is 20ftx20ft wide.. I got a 10ft down rod for it. It makes a weird sound every now and then, but its not loud (like a click sound once every hour) it gives a good gentle breeze for my living room. It does not turn extremely fast. I am very happy with it.
