First, the delivery speed blew my mind off. Thank you for offering amazing and speedy delivery. The package was also very tidy and. neat. The wood quality and overall finish of the product is excellent. However, I found installation reference guide a bit confusing. The reference diagrams could be improved and maybe some step by step text would make. understanding the diagram.Simple but elegant. Pretty easy to assemble. I ended up screwing it into the wall so it would not make any noise. I really like it. Great valueThe printed directions are the new fad for self-assembled furniture: all pictures and no prose. Unfortunately, the graphics are poorly reproduced and do not have a lot of fine datail. But the assembled product still functions well.Instructions were not accurate, the whole top structure seems way too heavy to be held up by two planks of wood not happy with the purchase.I read the bad reviews and thought it was just people that liked to complain but NO! Horrible quality. The first part went easy breezy so I was overly excited thinking maybe everyone else got a bad batch. Then when adding the supporting wood, the holes on the supporting legs do not line up. The screws provided were horrible and rusty right out the packaging. I was able to build it with screws but had to use anchors since the quality of the wood is pure garbage. It fell apart four times while trying to stand it up. The screws literally pulled right out. I bought it to upscale it so I didn’t mind the fact that the wood cracked but if I bought it expecting it to look like the picture I would’ve been even more annoyed than I was.It's beautiful I love the way it Looks but one side the screw didn't work I had to use wood glue it was falling apartThis is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one but I’m exchanging it. I would tell all of you to buy from this company. I know I will.This head board looks amazing,sturdy and goes well with the endtables I bought from Walmart yrs ago.No it's not real wood,plywood I'm assuming but fits well in my guest bedroom.So happy with my purchase...
