The ruffle at the top was stitched across the zipper and there is no way to try the top on without first altering it, but this a couple of months ago but with the weather finally warming up I took it out of the package today and cannot figure out how this top is to be tried on ? Alas, I find the zipper underneath the ruffle… So off to the store to buy a seam remover try to repair it myself so at this point I am a bit disappointed ...Perfect summer top, my grandaughter loved it.
