I've installed 3 of these. They are heavy duty and function smoothly. I expect they will last and handle significant weight. All elements are high gauge metal. I also have drawers (a different product) that were about 40% cheaper but flimsy. The components are about half as thick.Previous review. I belive these problwms were caused by being sent a used and broken product. I blame the distrbuter.:Several screws were received broken. The threads in the frame didn't seem to match the screws. Part way in the resistance was high and the screw heads broke off leaving the hole blocked.:
