Great fan, remote, and app. Quiet and powerful. Before attempting install, watch YouTube videos - the printed instructions are inadequate for first-time installers. With the videos, installation is straight forward if you are handy. If you are going to use the shorter downrod, you will need a right angle Philip's screwdriver to complete the install - there is not enough clearance to tighten the motor cover with a regular screwdriver.
