I like the bottom part. Very comfy. Has helped with some back pain. I don’t use the top part at all. Wasn’t comfy or useful. I don’t think it fit quite right with my office chair.Living in a one bedroom condo does not make for an extensive work area and I didn't have space to accommodate an ergonomically friendly work chair. I was recommended to this accessory and read the reviews of several brands and selected this one. The cushion literally cradles your butt cheeks, and the back support can be positioned anywhere on the chair back to give your spine a natural curve. My dining chair is now a great office chair by day and returns to normal by night. Best investment ever!!This is comfortableNo me agrado la manera que viene empacado.Los cojines vienen doblados dentro de la caja del fabricante y tardan en tomar su forma correctaThe seat cushion gripped my chair pretty good at first, it wouldn't slide around much on my seat, but after spilling something on it and taking the cover off to wash it, it has not stayed under my butt in one spot since, it just slides around, all of the little rubber dots on the underside do absolutely nothing to grip my seat now, so this cushion is the most annoying thing to sit on because you constantly have to slide it back underneath you after it slides out. The Elastic band on the back cushion came apart and came off so that's fun too. Still it's a better cushion than my chair has so I'll be continuing to use it.Edit: all of the straps broke on the back support cushion, so it doesn't stay on the back of the chair anymore. Unfortunately cheap stitching.it gets only 2 stars since I can still sit on it and it cushion my butt, despite the zipper not working.Changed to 3 stars since the company finally got a new seat cover sent out to me, with a working zipper.I will update if something happens to that cover. They didn't replace the back cushion cover though, which had all the straps break off early on, so there's that.I ended up buying a second set for my home office, after using the first set at my workplace. These are so hard to shop for because prices can be very high for a good set, while cheaper ones tend to have no substantial support and turn into useless seat pancakes within minutes. This one COULD be thicker/firmer, but it's excellent for the price especially since you get both a seat and back support!! As-is it has made a noticeable difference in reducing my sciatic pain while sitting, and was definitely a great upgrade from my super cheap-o one. It's dense enough that it doesnt smush into nothing, and when it does gradually smush down there's still a helpful enough amount of padding, and it regains its shape well. Overall, for $30, I'm happy. Definitely a great bonus that the cover is removable for washing! And heck, you could even stuff a little bit extra padding in there if you need it.My Mother-in-law mentioned that she couldn't see out of her car because the foam in the seat was failing after 20 years. So I bought her this seat cushion, now I'm the favorite son-in-law.Been sitting in my old office chair since March. My home office chair is about 10 years old and was in pretty good shape as I only sat in it for about 10 - 20 minutes a month while I was paying bills. Well, now I have been sitting in it daily since March (working from home) and it didn't take long for the built-in padding to compress. After a couple of months, I could feel the tops of the 4 bolts that hold the chair to the pedestal (ouch). I figured before I go out and buy a New Office Chair (expensive), I'd try this Memory Foam Seat Cushion and Lumbar Support. Well, it has worked great for comfort and has improved my overall posture. I now sit up straighter and am more comfortable overall. The seat and lumbar pads do compress, but only to the shape of your body and not to the point where you can feel the original pad or the bolts in the chair. So far this has exceeded my expectations. Had it about a month so far.I had a trapped nerve in my back and through stretching exercise and gentle walking, I was able to ease my suffering. I realised that my bad back may well have been caused by bad posture as I do sit quite a lot to sew, write and read and during the last 18 months have done more than I usually would have. with in one day of receiving these I began to feel the benefits.I sit more upright and comfortable, because they are memory foam they return to their shape quickly .I can't recommend these enough, my only regret is I didn't invest in these before .My one request is maybe put a strap on the seat cushion so it to can be secured to the chair.First off- the first one I bought had a broken zipper. I ordered another which didn’t.I’m a bigger person at 6’4” + 105kg / 16st 7lbs / 235lbs and I work at a desk a lot of the day, 8-12 hours sitting.This started out well enough I suppose. It’s big / wide enough for my ample rump. It did immediately add padding and comfort.I don’t even think I’m past the 30 day mark though and it’s already flattening like a pancake.I’m sure for many this won’t be an issue but if you weight 200+ lbs it’s probably not going to give you a proper sokution. At least without buying two and stacking them.The back padding portion is fine, though for my case I’m not sure how useful. The straps could be a bit longer for wide back office chairs.I bought Supa Modern memory foam support set for home use. I'm a gamer and suffer from sciatica and usually after an hour or so I find sitting in my pc gaming chair becomes impossible due to pain. This memory foam support has worked amazingly and now the only time I feel pain is when I'm NOT using my new found support. Highly recommended to young and old.I have an old computer chair use it daily very uncomfortable no support this cushion has made a bug difference but due to the chair it does slip and move quiet often through not fault of the cushion just the shape of the chair overall great product my bro bought one for work after trying mine. For the price you can't go wrong seriously! Has helped with my pain relief quiet a bit thankfully if the back support stopped sliding I'd be happy but it's Def better than it was.Needed a back support following a back injury. I fitted the back rest to a seat using the straps to hold it in place. They snapped on first use! Unfortunately I can't the item because I need the seat cushion until my back is better. On the plus side the foam is good quality.
